Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery is via Australia Post and depending on whether the item is in stock or custom made, will determine the delivery time. If the item is in stock it will be shipped in 2-3 business days.

If you have purchased an item from the website and when you receive it you are really not happy, it's not what you were expecting or if it is damaged in any way, please send it back to me for a refund/exchange or repair.
Custom made items are not available for a refund. If they are damaged when you receive them, please send them back for repair.
